Meet Oscar, a specialist and seasoned expert with 22 years of dedicated service at Dalton Die Services. Since joining forces with Ron Barra in 2002, he’s been instrumental in the growth and development of the company leveraging their expertise to expand the company’s capabilities beyond die cutting. With a comprehensive skill set encompassing printing, sewing, merging, slitting, rolling, screen printing, packing, and more, Oscar and the team at Dalton Die Services are committed to delivering top-notch services tailored to each client’s needs. Valuing every customer, Oscar prioritizes quality above all else, ensuring that each project receives the attention to detail it deserves.
When Oscar’s not at work, he loves cooking for his family: his wife, two girls and 4-year old boy. His family motivates him to learn new skills and face new challenges everyday. Oscar also enjoys gardening and tinkering as a mechanic, from fixing small problems to oil changes and everything in between.

Antwanette PerezOffice Manager

Meet Antwanette, a seasoned professional with a heart dedicated to both family and career. With 14 years of unwavering commitment, Antwanette has been an integral part of Dalton Die Cutting, serving as the Office Manager and Human Resource liaison. At Dalton, the team operates as one cohesive unit, akin to a tight-knit family. With a warm embrace, they welcome new members into their fold, treating customers with the same familial care and attention.

Outside of the office, Antwanette thrives in the role of mommy, momma, mother, dude, yo, or bruh, depending on the moment—a testament to their family-oriented nature. They cherish every opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones, indulging in various outdoor activities such as swimming, grilling, and dancing.
